ORDINANCE NO. -I-57/
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington making it illegal to park vehicles
on certain streets within the city of Kent,
Washington; ordering the City Traffic Engineer
to supervise the placement of appropriate "No
Parking" signs on said streets; and imposing
penalties and fides for violations of the terms
of this Ordinance
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DO

ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Upon the effective date of this Ordinance
l
�t shall be illegal to park motor or other vehicles at any time of
!the day upon the following streets located within the city limits
of Kent, Washington, to -wit:
North side of Smith Street from Central Avenue. to
the first alley west of Central Avenue
Fourth Avenue on the West side of James Street
to Willis Street
East side of Fourth Avenue from James Street to
the south side of Titus Street to the south line
of lot 7,block 129 Yes ler' s. First Addition to
the City of Kent, King County, Washington.
Section 2. Upon the effective date of this Ordinance the!
:ity Traffic Engineer shall supervise the placement of appropriate
'No Parking" signs on said streets.
Section 3. Penalties. Violations of the terms of this
ance shall be those. as set forth in Kent City Ordinance
110.84. (1952) (codified as Chapter. 8.34 of the Ordinances of the City

Section 4. EffectiveDate. This Ordinance shall take
ffect and be in force five days from and after its passage,
