'ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That F. M. DRAKE. and SYLVIA DRAKE, his wife

have submitted to tCity of Kent a p?oposed plat of the follow

'ding described land, in said City, and located in the County of

i King, State of Washington, and more fully described as follows:

deeded to King County, Washington, for road
and EXCEPT the east :30 feet for road.
and said matter having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of
said hearing duly posted in the form and manner for the time
'required by law, the City. Council, after due consideration thereof,'
;and after said hearing, held an open Council Meeting on the 5th
'day of September, 1967, finds that said plat conforms to. all the
legal requirements and that due provision has been made for all
',.streets and alleys and for other public necessities and conven-
iences.
Section 2. That said plat of"STRAWBERRY LANE" be, and
lit is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
!authorized and directed to have approval thereof fully inscribed
!thereon under their proper, official•signatures with the seal
iof the City of Kent.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided aw.
