have submitted to the City of Kent a proposed revised plat of
the following described land, in said City, and located in the
County of King, State of Washington, and more fully described as

That :portion of the W 2/3 of the S.W. 1/4
of the S. E. 1/4 of Sec. 22 T 22 N, Range 4,
E. W. M. in King County, Washington lying
northerly and westerly of the J. L. Reith
Road #2266as established 60 feet :in width and
southerly and easterly of the plat of Green
Valley Heights #3 as recorded in Volume 78 of
Plats page 315 records of said county except
the south 290 feet of said subdivision lying
westerly of said J. L. Reith Road and except
those roads as now dedicated and established.
and said matter having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of
said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
required by law, the City Council, after due consideration thereof,
and after said hearing, held an open Council Meeting on the 16th
1day of February, 19685 finds that said plat conforms to all the
legal requirements: and that due provision has been made for all
streets and alleys and for other public necessities and convenienc-
es, with the specific stipulation that no vehicular access to
30 ''Reith Road shall be allowed for any of the lots in said plat that

i�front upon Reith Road and that the necessary adjustments be made
32 to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.

1 Section 3. That said revised plat of "Green Valley
2 _f, Heights No. 6" be, and it is hereby approved, subject to the
3 specific stipulation set forth in Section 2 of this Ordinance, and.
4 1 the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to have
5 approval thereof fully inscribed thereon under their proper,

7 Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
$force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
9 publication, as provided by law. -
