THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That J. R. COLE and LILLIAN M. COLE, his

wife, and C. E. DOLMAN and MARJORIE D. DOLMAN, his wife, have

submitted to the City of Kent a proposed plat of the following
9
". described land, in said City, and located in the County of King,

State of Washington, and more fully described as follows:
That portion of the south half of the north-
west quarter of Section 27, Township 22 North,
Range 4 E.W.M., in the City of Kent, King
County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 20,
Block 1*, Kentwood Hills Division No. 1, accord-
ing to plat recorded in Volume 64 of Plats,
pages 62 and 63, records of said County, said
corner being on the southerly margin of South
262nd Street; thence along said margin south
88047'18" east 663.66 feet; thence south 10
12'42" west 110.00 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence north 88047'18" west 389.90
feet; thence south 30050'24" west 571.13 feet
to the northeast .corner of Lot 4 of Cambridge
No. 2 according to the plat thereof recorded in
Volume 77 of Plats, page 1, records of said
County, said northeast corner also being the
most northwesterly corner of Lot 62 of'Cambridge
No. 5 according to the plat thereof recorded in
Volume 81, page 78, records of said county;
thence along the boundary of said Cambridge No.
5, south 89014119" east 614.87 feet; thence leav-
ing last mentioned boundary north 29025'31" east
99.62 feet; thence north 12044'49" east 57.00
feet;: thence north 1012'4.2" east 73.00 feet;
thence south 88047'18" east 30.00 feet; thence
north 1012'42" east 165.00 feet; thence north
88047'18" west 31.09 feet; thence north 1012142°'
east 110.00 feet to the point of beginning.
and said matter having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of
said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
required by law, the City Council, after.due consideration there-;
of, and after said hearing, held an open Council Meeting on the
16th. day of February, 19681, finds that said plat conforms to all
the legal requirements and that due provision has been made for

1 all streets and alleys and for other public necessities and con -
2 veniences.
3 Section 2. That said plat of "Kentwood Hills No. 3" be,
4 and it is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
5 authorized and directed to have approval thereof fully inscribed
6 thereon under their proper, official signatures with.the seal of
7 the City of Kent.
8 Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
9 force five (5) days from and after : passage, approval and pub -
10 lication as provided by12
