submitted to the City of Kent a proposed plat of the following
described land, in said City, and located in the County of King,
State of Washington, and more fully described as follows:
That portion of the South half of the.
northwest quarter of Section 27, Township
22 North, Range 4 E.W.M., in the City of Kent,
King County,. Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 41,
Cambridge No. 2, according to plat recorded
in Volume 77 of Plats, page 1, in King County,
Washington; thence along the boundary of said
Cambridge No. 25 north'89014119" W 661.34
feet and north 12012159" west 16.99 feet;
thence north 38110132P1 east.73.66 feet -to the
southeast corner of Lot 10, Block 1, Kentwood
Hills Division No. 1, .according to.plat record-
ed in Volume 64 of Plats, pages 62 and 63, in
King County, Washington; thence along the
boundary of said division No. 1, north 62040'
58" east .477.89 feet, north 49143'57" east 86.87
feet, north 31012'42" east 289.25 feet and
south 88047'18" east 663.66 feet; thence south
1012'42" west 110.00 feet to a line which is
parallel with and 110.00 feet .southerly measured
at right angles to the south line of south 262nd

Division No. 1; thence along said parallel line
north 88047'18" west 389.90 feet to the inter-
section of the northeasterly projection of the
easterly line of said Lot 4;. thence south 30150'
24" west 571.13 feet along said projected line
to the point of beginning.
and said matter having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of
said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
required by law, the City Council, after due consideration there-
of, and after said hearing, held an open Council Meeting on the
16th. day of February, 1968, finds that said plat .conforms to. all

the legal requirements and that due provision has been made for
2 all streets and alleys and for other public necessities and con -
3 venien-ces .
4 Section 2. That said plat of "Kentwood Hills No. 2"
5 be, and it is hereby approved and the Mayor and the C ity Clerk
6 are authorized.and directed to have approval thereof fully inscrib,
7
ed thereon under their proper, official signatures with the seal
8 of the City of Kent.
91 Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
10 force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
11 publication as provided by law.
