AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash- ington estab lishing a cumulative reserve 3 fund and procedures for expenditures there- from for the planning and acquisition of 4 recreational areas and facilities for the City of Kent in accordance with the provisions 5 ; of RCW 35.21.070. 6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO 7 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 8 Section 1. A cumulative reserve fund is hereby estab- 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 E; lished and funds therefrom may be expended as authorized by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Kent for planning, acquisi- tion and development of sites and building of improvements, tot lots, play grounds, playfields, parks, athletic fields, and such I other recreational areas as are determined necessary and desirable by the Mayor jand City Council of the City of Kent. i Section 2.
