AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Washington,
approving a plat of a portion of land in said
City under the name of "Benson Crest No. 3."
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
`ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

That GENERAL INVESTMENT COMPANY, FRED R.
7 11SQUIRE, IDA SQUIRE, AND WASHINGTON MUTUAL SAVINGS BANK have
8 ,;submitted to the City of Kent a proposed plat of the following y

That portion of the southeast quarter of th.e.
southwest quarter of section 17, township 22
north, range 5 east, W.M., in King County,
Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said sub-
division; thence south: 0005146." east along the
east line thereof 484 feet :to the southeast
corner of Benson Crest No. 2, and the true
point of beginning; thence north 89039'081'
west along the south.line of said addition
938.11 feet to the southwest corner of said
addition; thence sath 000410911.east :175.61 feet
to the south line of the north half of the south-
east quarter of the southwest quarter of said
section 17; thence :south 89042153" east along
said line 306.92 feet to. a point 645feet east
of the center line of the Benson Road, Secondary
State Highway No. 5=C; thence south 0000118"
west parallel to said line 200 feet.; thence
south 89042153" east 307.48 feet to a point 5
feet .west of the west line of the east half of
the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter
of the southwest quarter of said section 17;

and said matter having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of
!said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time

by law, the City. Council, after due. consideration thereof0
and after said hearing, held an open Council Meeting on the '17th
!day of July, 1967, finds that said plat conforms to all the legal
(requirements and that due provisions have been made for all street
32 ;;and alleys and for other public necessities and conveniences.

1 Section 2. That said plat of "BENSON CREST NO. 3" be, and
2 it is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
3 'authorized and directed tohave approval thereof fully inscribed.

6 Section 3 This Ordinance shall take. effect. and be in
7 ';force five: days from and after its passage, approval and publica.-
