ORDINANCE NO. 70
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, amending Kent City Ordinance No.
914, Section 1, as amended by Ordinance
No. 1034 and Ordinance No. 12 72 ; November
2, 1964 (codified as Kent City Ordinance
9.2.116 (c)) to reduce the charge for water
supplied to users within the City of Kent
from 10� to 7� per 100 cubic feet.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Kent City Ordinance No. 914, Section 19 as
amended by Ordinance No. 1034 and Ordinance No. 12 72 ; November 2.1
1964 (codified as Kent City Ordinance 9.2.116 (c)), which reads
as follows:
"(c) All amounts of water supplied to such users
within the City of Kent, but not in the area served by
said West Hill Transmission Main No. 1, exceeding the
minimum amount of eight hundred cubic feet in any one
month shall be charged at the following rates:
"For all amounts from the minimum to
1,300 cubic feet . . 25t per lOQ cubic feet
"For all amounts in excess of 1,300
cubic feet to 8,000 cubic feet , 0 . 20� per 100 cubic feet
"For all amounts in excess of 81000
cubic feet and up to 10,000 cubic
feet . . 16� per 100 cubic feet
"For all amounts in excess of 10000
cubic feet and up to 40,000 cubic
13� per 100 cubic feet

cubic feet and up to 450,000 cubic 10� per 100 cubic feet
