THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO

ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Section 3 of Kent City Ordinance No. 1438

(March, 196.7), which reads as follows:

"There is herewith added to the garbage
10 collection Ordinances codified in Chapter 5.
4. of the Kent City Ordinances, the following
11 provisions: Kent City Garbage containers may
be leased to private parties at a rental rate
12 of $7.50 per cubic yard per month. Industry
desiring to use stationary compaction garbage
13 container equipment must furnish their own
stationary compactor units."

is hereby amended to read as follows:

There is herewith added to the garbage collection Ordinan-
ces codified in Chapter 5.4 of the Kent City Ordinances, the follow-
ing provisions: "Kent City garbage containers may be leased to
private parties at a rental rate of $2.50 for one cubic yard, plus
$2.00 each additional cubic yard per month. Industry desiring to
use stationary compaction garbage equipment must furnish their own
stationary compactor units."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publi-
