2 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,.
Washington, approving a plat of a
3 portion of land in said City, under
4 the name of "OLYMPIC VIEW ESTATES."
b THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:

7 Section 1. That LAWRENCE ROTTER, CHARLES SAMPONT
and THOMAS COYNE have submitted to the City of Kent a proposed plat

9 of the following described land, in said City, and located in

the County -of King, State of Washington, and more particularly
11
described as follows:

Beginning at :the S.E. Corner of Govt. Lot 4,.
Section 19, T.22N, R.5E, W.M.; thence N 20091571fE

23 and said matter having .come on for hearing .pursuant to notice of
24 said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
25 required bylaw, the City Council, after due consideration thereof;
26 and after said hearing, held an open Countil Meeting on the 19th
27 day of June, 1967, finds that said plat conforms to all the legal
28 requirements and that due provision has been made for all streets
29 and alleys and for other public necessities and conveniences.
30 Section 2. That said plat of "OLYMPIC VIEW ESTATES"
31 be, and it is hereby approved and the Mayor and theCity Clerk are
32 authorized and directed to have approval thereof fully inscribed

1 thereon under their proper, official signatures with the seal of
2 the City of Kent.
3 Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
4 force five days from and after its passage, approval and publica-
tion, as provided by law.
