ORDINANCE NO. 9
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Washington,
approving a plat of a portion of land in said City,
under the name of "Green Valley Heights No. 6."
4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
5 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
6 Section 1. That SPARKMAN AND McLEAN, EDWARD R. ESTER,
7 LORRAINE M. ESTER, J. R. COLE, LILLIAN M. COLE, DOLMAN AND
8 MARJORIE G. DOLMAN, and CLIFFORD E. KRAFT have submitted to the
9 City of Kent a proposed plat of the following described land, in
10 said City, and located in the County of King, State of Washington,
11 and more fully described as follows:
12 That portion of the west two-thirds of the
southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of
13 section 22, township 22 north, range 4 east,
W.M., in King County, Washington lying northerly
14 and westerly of the J. L. Reith Road No. 2266
as established 60.00 feet in width and southerly
15 and easterly of the plat of Green Valley He
No. 3, according to plat recorded in volume 78
16 of plats, page'31, in King County, Washington,
EXCEPT the south 290.00 feet of said subdivision
17 lying westerly of said J. L. Road.
18 and said matter having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of
19 said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
20 required by law, the City Council, after due consideration thereof,
21 and after said hearing, held an open Council Meeting on the 17th
22 day of July, 1967, finds that said plat conforms to all the
23 legal requirements and that due provision has been made for all
24 streets and alleys and for other public necessities and conveniences.
25 Section 2. That said plat of"GREEN VALLEY HEIGHTS NO. 611
26 be, and it is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk
27 are authorized and directed to have approval thereof fully inscribed
28 thereon under their proper, official signatures with the seal of
29 the City of Kent.
30 Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
31 force five days from and after its passage, approval and publication,
