ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Kent City. Ordinance No. 0.914, Section 5--

1955 (Codified 9.2.132), which reads as follows:

"FIRE PROTECTION STANDBY CHARGE. That there shall
9 be charged to. and paid by users within or without the
City having automatic sprinkler systems, stand -pipes,
10 or fire hydrants, for fire protection,, the following
amounts each month, in addition to charges otherwise
11 herein provided:

211 or Less .....................$ _2.00
13 311 ..................... 3.00
4" .. 4.00
14 6" ........ 6.00
8" 8.00
15 10" ..................... 10.00
12" ..................... 12.00"

is hereby repealed.
17 Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
18 in force five days from and after its passage, approval and
19 publication as provided by law.
