AN ORDINANCE. of the City. of Kent,
Washington, approving a plat of a portion
of land in said City, under.the name of
"GREEN VALLEY HEIGHTS NO. 511.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN AS
Section 1. That H. K. WASSON, C. D. PRATER and J. G.
WASSON have. submitted to the City of Kent a proposed plat of the
following .described land, in said City, and located in the County
of King, State of Washington, and more fully described as follows:,,
That portion of the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of
Sec.. 22, Twp. 22 N, Range 4 E., W.M., in
King County, Washington, described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of said sub-
division; thence N 89110132" W along the S
line of said subdivision 924.79 ft. to the W
margin of th.e J. L. Reith Road and the point
of. beginning; thence continuing N 8901013211
W 1103.42 ft to the SE corner of the plat of
Green Valley Heights No. 2, recorded in Vol.
62 of Plats, pages 38 and 39, records of
said county.; thence.N 9114153" E along the
E boundary of said plat 665.52 ft to an angle
point; thence continuing along .said plat
boundary N 1°14'53" E 482.71"ft to the S line
of the N 177.57 ft in width of said sub-
division; thence S 8901914711, E along said S
line 873.96 ft to the Wly margin of Secondary
State Highway No. 5-A, now S.R. 516; thence:
S 3610713.5" E along said highway margin 44.88
ft to the .beginning of a curve to the right
with a radius of 328.10 ft; thence Sly along
said curve through a central angle of
41133.126" an arc distance of 237.97 ft to a
point .of reverse curvature and the beginning
of a curve tothe left with a radius of 682.90
ft; thence. Sly along said curve through a
central angle of 1111112411 an arc distance of
133,37 -ft to.a point of tangency at the juncture
of said highway margin with said W margin of
the J.L. Rieth Road; thence S 5145133" E along
said county road margin 233.08 ft to. the
beginning of a curve to the right with a radius
of 1770.00 ft; thence Sly along said curve
through a. central angle of 7°21'26" an arc
distance of 227.28 ft to a point of tangency;
thence S 1035153" W 292.45 ft to the point of
beginning SUBJECT TO easements bearing
Auditor's file nos. 1859770, 344.6396 and
4498343,

and saidmatter.having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of
1 said hearing duly posted in the form and manner. and for the time
2 required by law, the City Council, after due consideration thereof,
3 and after said hearing held an open Council Meeting on the 17th
4 day of April, 1967,1, finds that said plat conforms to all the
5 legal requirements and that due provision has been made for all
6 streets and alleys and for .other public necessities and convenien-
7 ces.
8 Section 2. That said plat of "GREEN VALLEY HEIGHTS NO.5"
9 be, and it is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
10 authorized and directed to have approval thereof fully inscribed
11 thereon under their proper, official signatures with the :seal of
12 th.e. City of Kent
13 Sect=ion 3.. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
14
i1force five. days from and after its passage, approval and pub
15
lication, as provided by law.
