AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,. Washington,
amending ;Section 4 .of .Kent City Ordinance .0.686;
1937 (.6 .6 .12) deleting any reference therein to
cards or card tables.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS.
Section 1. Section 4 of Kent City Ordinance 0.686;
)1937 (codified 6.6.12) which reads as follows: "Pool and
9 Billiard Tables. That the license fee for any public resort oper
10 �jating a place of business wherein card, pool or billiard tables

Fare operated shall be $25.00 per year where :card tables and not

is hereby amended toread as follows: "Pool and Billiard Tables.
That the license fee for any public resort operating a place. of r
business wherein pool or billiard tables are operated shall be
$25.00 per year where not more than two billiard or pool tables aro
operated and for each additional billiardor pool table an
additional $10.00 per.year."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five. days from and after its. pass-g�,_,approval,and publica-
tion as provided by law.
