AN ORDINANCE of the City.of Kent,
Washington, approving a plat of a portion
of land in said City, under the name of
"BENSON CREST #211•
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN AS
Section 1. That GENERAL INVESTMENT CO., MARSHALL LUND,
?resident,and ELEANOR CHAPMAN, Secretary, have -submitted to the
�-ity of Kent a proposed plat of the following described land, in
said City, and located in the County. of King, State of Washington,
and more fully described as follows.
This plat of "BENSON CREST NO. 2" Addition
to the City of Kent,. King County, Washington
compromises that portion of the SE 1/4 of he
SW 1/4,Section 17, Township 22 N., R. 5 E.,
W.M., described as follows. Beginning .at the
NE corner of said subdivision;' thence S
0005146" E along the E line thereof 239' to
the SE corner of Benson Crest as recorded in
Vol 75 of Plats, page 45, records of King
County, Washington, and the true point of
beginning; thence along the boundary ine of
said Benson Crest as follows; N 890,39108" W
784 .37'' ; thence S 00 20' 52" W 41.20 -, thence
N 89039'08" W 153.33' to. the SW corner of
Lot 28 of said Benson Crest; thence S
00041.09" E 203.801; thence S 89039'08" E
938.11' to the E line of said subdivision;
thence N 00:05''46" W along said line 245'
to. the true point of beginning,
and said matter having come onfor hearing pursuant to notice of
said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
required by law, the City Council, after due consideration thereof
after said hearing, held an open Council Meeting on the 6th
and
I day of March, 1967,`finds that said plat conforms to all the
legal requirements and that due provision has been made for all

{streets and alleys and for other public .necessities and
conveniences.
Section 2. That said plat of 'BENSON CREST NO. 2" be,
