5 `'' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
'IORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Kent City Ordinance No. 664, Sections 11 21
$ ;�3 and 4; 1935, are hereby repealed in their entirety.
9 Section 2, The City of Kent, Washington is hereby
10 ;;divided into three Building Districts which shall constitute fire
11 ! limits.
12 Section 3. The fire limits for Building District No, 1
13F,shall embrace and include all that part of the City of Kent,

Washington contained within the following boundary lines:
15 1 Starting at the center line of the Northern
16 ''
Pacific Railroad and West Titus Street, thence
Northerly along the Northern Pacific Railroad
17 Track to the center line of West Smith Street,
+I thence Westerly along the center line of West
18 jl Smith to the center line of 6th Avenue, thence
j Southerly along the center line of 6th Avenue,
projected, to the center line of West Titus,
19 thence Easterly along the center line of West
20 Titus to the place of beginning.
21 ; Section 4. The fire limits for Building District No. 2
22 shall embrace and include all that part of the City of Kent,
23 ;Washington not included and embraced in the above described

24 IlBuilding District No. land contained within the following
25 boundary lines:

All property now and hereinafter zoned M-1, M-21
ii R-51 C-11 C-3 and C-2 that is not included in
27 Fire Zone No. 1.
28 Section 5. The fire limits for Building District No. 3
29� shall embrace and include all portions of the City of Kent,

30E; Washington not hereinbefore included in Building District No. 1
