portion of land in said City, under the

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN AS

11FOLLOWS :

Section 1. That R. 0. HAGEN and LOUISE G. HAGEN, his
7
,wife, and J. W. MORRISION, President of San Juan Homes &
8
KENNETH R. WILLIAMS and MARVIN J. FLAHERTY of Coast Mortgage 8

;,Investment, have submitted to the City of Kent a proposed plat of

jthe following described land, in said City, and located in the

';County of King, State of Washington, and more fully described as

The W 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4; and the
NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4
of the SE 1/4 of Section 275 Twp. 22 N., Range
4 E., W.M., King County, Washington, lying
northerly of the Plat of Cambridge No. 1
according to Vol. 71 of Plats, pages 58 and 59;
and lying easterly of the Plat of Cambridge
No. 2 according to Vol. 77, page 1 of said
King County,
,and said matter having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of
said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
jrequired by law, the City Council, after due consideration thereof,;
and after said hearing, held an open Council meeting on the 6th
day of February, 19679 finds that said plat conforms to all the
;legal requirements and that due provision has been made for all
streets and alleys and for other public necessities and
Iconven.iences.
Section 2. That said plat of "CAMBRIDGE NO. 511, be and
lit is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
!authorized and directed to have approval thereof fully inscribed
;thereon under their proper, officialsignatures with the seal of

Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five days from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
