Section 3. That upon the 20th day of February, 1967 the annexation of said property will become effective, and said property shall become a part of the City of Kent, subject to all! 18 is of the city Laws and Ordinances then and thereafter in effect, i 20 i;except as otherwise provided by law. 21 Section 4.
