WHEREAS, certain land was originally zoned by the City ti

WHEREAS, the effective dateof the zoning of said

WHEREAS, as required by Ordinance No. 1071, as amended,!;
the City Council, after referral, study by and a public hearing
before the Planning Commission of theCity of Kent, wherein it
was recommended that said land be rezoned from C-3 (General
Commercial Zoning District) zone to MHR (Mobile Home Residential
Zoning District) zone, and
WHEREAS, thereafter the City Council of the City of Kent
did, upon thel9th day of December, 19662 hold a public hearing 1
on said recommendation insofar as it related to said certain p;

lands, said public hearing being held after proper notice
thereof, NOW, THEREFORE,

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following described land situated in

the City of Kent, County of King, State of Washington, and pre-
�! sently zoned as C-3 (General Commercial Zoning District) zone
and more particularly described as follows:

Range 4 East of the Willamette Meridian lying E
of State Highway No. 1, King County, WasYington,
EXCEPT the W 250' meas. pll. w/ St. Highway No. 1,
:is hereby rezoned to MHR (Mobile Home Residential Zoning

directed to record this Ordinance with the County Auditor of
King County and pay the filing fee therefor.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.
