AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, approving a plat of a portion
of land in said City, under the name of
"ARMSCREST #611.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN AS
Section 1. That HAUGE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. and
CONTINENTALS, INC., have submitted to the City of Kent a proposed
plat of the following described land, in said City, and located
in the County of King, State of Washington, and more fully
described as follows:
This plat of "ARMSCREST NO. 6" Addition to the
City of Kent, 1Cing County, Washington, comprises
that portion of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section
19, Twp. 22 N, Range 5 E., W.M. described as
follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of said sub-
division; thence N 202412411 E along the E line
thereof 104.551; thence N 26054115" W 402.351;
thence S 63005145" W 150' to the most northerly
corner of Lot 5, Block 2, Armscrest No. 5, as
recorded in Volume 78 of Plats, page 86, records
of King County, Washington; thence S 26054115"
E along the easterly line of said lot 751;
thence S 63005145" W along the southerly line
of said lot and said line extended, 160' to
the westerly line of Woodland Way; thence N
26054115" W along said line 19.17' to the most
easterly point of Lot 4, Block 1 of said Arms -
crest No. 5; thence S 63005145" W 126.04' to
the easterly line of Block 2, Armscrest No. 4 as
recorded in Volume 71 of Plats, page 85, records
of King County, Washington; thence S 2028'4811 W along
said line 52.58'; thence S 87031112" E 59.491;
thence S 26054115" E 751; thence S 2028148" W
78.42' to the south line of said subdivision;
thence S 88000105" E along said line 226.721;
thence N 26054115" W 28.741; thence N 63005145"
E 1001; thence S 26054115" E 83.951; thence S
88000105" E 112.88' to the Point of Beginning,
and said matter having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of
said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
required by law, and the City Council, after due consideration
thereof, and after said hearing, held an open Council Meeting on
the 3rd day of January, 1967, finds that said plat conforms to

1 all the legal requirements and that due provision has been made
2 for all streets and alleys and for other public necessities and
3 conveniences.
4 Section 2. That said plat of "ARMSCREST NO. 6" be
5 and it is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
6 authorized and directed to have approval thereof fully inscribed
7 thereon under their proper, official signatures with the seal of
g the City of Kent.

Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in

force from and after its passage, approval and publication, as
11 provided by law.
