ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Washing-
ton prohibiting parking on certain portions
of Kent City Streets. hereinafter designated
at all times.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Upon the effective date of this Ordinance,
and upon the posting of appropriate signs by the City's Traffic
Engineer, ,it shall be illegal to park motor or other vehicles
upon the South Side of Smith Street from Railroad Avenue to
Central Avenue and upon the West Side of Fourth Avenue from
Harrison Street to Meeker Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its
passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
