AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, approving a plat of a
portion of land in said City, under
the name of "YORKSHIRE".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN AS
Section 1, That WILLIAM M, LOWRY and GRACE L. LOWRY,
is wife, and KATHRYN BESS LOWRY, a spinster, have submitted to the
ity of Kent a proposed plat of the following described land, in
aid City, and located in the County of King, State of Washington,
d more fully described as follows:
The Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section
22, Township 22 North, Range 4 East, W.M., EXCEPT
that portion thereof conveyed to the State of
Washington by deed recorded under Auditor's File
No. 5041196; AND EXCEPT the East 30 feet thereof
conveyed to King County for road by deed recorded
under Auditor's File No. 2713703; situated in the
City of Kent, County of King, State of Washington,
d said matter having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of
aid hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
equired by law, the City Council, after due consideration thereof,
nd after said hearing, held an open Council Meeting on the 3rd
21 Jay of October, 1966, finds that said plat conforms to all the
22 Legal requirements and that due provision has been made for all
23 treets and alleys and for other public necessities and convenience .
24 Section 2. That said plat of "YORKSHIRE" be, and it is
25 iereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and
26 lirected to have approval thereof fully inscribed thereon under
27 heir proper, official signatures with the seal of the City of Kent
28 Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
29 once from and after its passage, approval and publication, as
30 provided by law. �,..
