AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Washington, amending in
part prior ordinances numbered 1333 and 1346 concerning the
method of payment for acquisition of right—of—way and Ease—
ments mentioned therein for road purposes and construction
and installation of a portion of the "North Sewer System",
L.I.D. No. 250, in the City of Kent.
The City Council of the City of Kent, Washington, do ordain as follows:
Section 1: Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1333 of the City of Kent, passed
February 7, 1966, shall be and it is hereby amended to read as follows:
Payment for the property herein described to be acquired shall
be made from proceeds of a grant from the Economic Development
Administration of the United States Department of Commerce and
assessments against the property specially benefited by the
proposed improvement.
Section 2: Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1346 of the City of Kent, passed
May 2, 1966, shall be and it is hereby amended to read:
Payment for the easement herein described to be acquired shall
be made from proceeds of a grant from the Economic Development
Administration of the United States Department of Commerce and
assessments against the property specially benefited by the
proposed improvement.
Section 3: Except as provided above, said Ordinances of City of Kent
numbered 1333 and 1346 shall in all other respects remain unchanged and 0full
force and effect.
