AN ORDINANCE of the City. of Kent, Washington,
approving a plat of a portion of land in said
City, under the name of "Cambridge No. 4..T1
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That R. O. Hagen and Louise G. Hagen have
submitted to the City of Kent a proposed plat of. the following
described land in said City, and located in the County of King,
State of Washington, and more fully described as follows
That portion of the southwest quarter of
Section 27, township 22 north, range 4 east, W.
M., in King County, Washington, described as
follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of lot 12,
block 6, Cambridge No. 3, according to plat
recorded in volume 78 of plats, pages 99 and 100,
in King County, Washington; thence south 0059128"
west,'a distance of 118.94 feet to a point on the
south line of the north half of the southwest
quarter of said section 27; thence south 89017135"
east along said south linea distance of 1276.02 feet;
thence north 0042125" east a distance of 30 feet;
thence north 89017135" west a distance of 70.23
feet; thence north 00421.25" east a distance of
94..32 feet; thence north 45.037105" west a distance
of 57.86 feet; thence south 44°22155" west a dis-
tance of 40.77 feet; thence south 8602211711 west
along a radial line a distance of 140.69 feet to a
point on the arc of a curve; thence northwesterly
along the arc of a curve to.the left, said curve
having a radius of 100 feet, through a central
angle of 13045100", a distance of 24 feet; thence
south 69045144". west a distance of 85.72 fee -4
thence north 71037122" west a distance of 59.29
feet; thence north 89017135" west a distance of
5.72.13 feet; thence :south 67120115" west a dis-
tance of 40.48 feet; thence north 89017135/1 west
a distance of 244..41 feet, to the point of begin-
ning.
and said matter having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of
said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
required by law, the City Council, after due consideration thereof
and after said hearing, held an open Council Meeting on the 6th
dayof June, 1966, finds that said plat conforms to all the legal
requirements and that due provision has been made for all streets
and alleys and for other public necessities and conveniences.

Section 2. That said plat of "Cambridge No. 4". be, and it
is hereby, approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorize
and directed to have approval thereof fully inscribed thereon
under their proper, official signatures with the seal of the City
of Kent
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, approval and publication, as
provided by law.
