ORDINANCE NO.,
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Washington,
approving a plat .of a portion of land in said
City, under the name of "Kent Wood Glen No. 2."
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN AS
Section 1. That C. Land, Inc. and Mac Land, Inc. have
submitted to the City of Kent a proposed plat of the following
described land, in said City, and located in the County of King,
State of Washington, and more fully described as follows:
Those portions of the southeast quarter of
Section .22, and of the northeast quarter of the
northeast quarter of section 27, township. 22 north,
range 4 east, W.M., in King County, Washington,
described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said section
22; thence north 89001117" west along the south line
of said section 713.85 feet to the west margin of
the 0. H. Benson Road No. 25631 as established
60.00 feet in width and the point of beginning;
thence continuing north 89001117" west 138 68
feet; thence at'right angles south 0058143" west
100.00 feet; thence north 89101117" west 285.00
feet; thence north 0058'43" east 100.00 feet to
said section line; thence north 89001117" west
913.36 feet to the centerline of the Pacific
Telephone Company's coaxial cable line; thence
north 26003100" east along said centerline 476.04
feet; thence south 73013'57" east 14.93 feet;
thence north 16046'03" east 47.00 feet; thence
south 63057'00" east 98.92 feet; thence north 260
03100" east 80.00 feet to the southerly margin of
the J. L. Reith Road No. 2266, as established 60.00
feet in width; thence south 73013157" east along
said road margin 60.80 feet; thence south 26103'00"

feet; thence north 73045151" east 126.22 feet;
thence north 48037'51" east 188.00 feet; thence

and said matter having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of
said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time.
required by law, the City Council, after due consideration there-
of, and after said hearing, held an open Council Meeting on the
6th day of June, 1966, finds that said plat conforms to all

the legal requirements.and that due provision has been made for
Tall streets and alleys and for other public necessities and
conveniences.
Section
Section 2 That said plat of "Kent Wood Glen No. 2" be,
and it is hereby approved -and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
authorized and directed to have approval thereof fully inscribed
thereon under their proper, official signatures with the seal
of the City of Kent
Section 3. This Ordinance shall takeeffect and be in
force .from and after its passage, approval and publication, as
provided. by law.
