AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,. Washington,
approving a plat of a portion of land in said
City, under the name of "Green Valley.Heights
No. 4."
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN AS
Section 1. That C. Eugene Dolman and Marjorie G. Dolman,
his wife, and J. R. Cole and Lillian M. Cole, his wife, have
submitted to the City of Kent a proposed plat of the following
described land in said City, and located in the County of King,
State of Washington, and more fully described as follows:
That portion of the southwest quarter of the
northeast quarter of Section 22, Township 22 north,
range4 east, W.M., in King County, Washington,
described as follows
Commencing at the concrete monument at the inter-
section of the centerline of South.248th Street
with the centerline of 40th Avenue South, as
shown on the plat of Green Valley Heights Divi-
sion No. 2, according to plat recorded in Volume
62 of Plats, pages 38 and 397 records of said
county; thence north 1025133" east along the west
line of said plat of Division No. 2 a distance of
160.00 feet to the northwest corner of said plat;
thence south. 89°20'41" east along the north line of
said plat 30.00 feet to the east margin of said
40th Avenue South and the point of beginning; thence
continuing south 89°20'41" east 288.25 feet to an
angle point; thence north 79013158" east along said
plat boundary 359.99 feetto the northeast corner
of said plat; thence north 1025133" east 245.54
feet; thence south 79013158." west 277.30 feet;
thence north 10046102" west 70.00 'feet; thence
south 79028122" west 229.92 feet; thence south
1025133" west 70.00 feet; thence north 89°20141"
west 100.01 feet to the east margin of 40th Avenue
South; thence south 1125133" west along said street
margin 210.00 feet to the point of beginning.
and said matter having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of
said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
required by law, the City Council, after due consideration there-
of, and after said hearing, held an open Council meeting on the
6th. day of June, 1966, finds that said plat conforms to all the
legal requirements and that due provision has been made for
all streets and alleys and for other public necessities and
conveniences:.

Section 2. That said plat of "Green Valley Heights No.
4" be, and it is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City
Clerk are .authorized and directed to have approval thereof fully
inscribed thereon under their proper, official signatures with
the seal of theCity of Kent..
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after .its passage, approval and publication, as
1provided by law.
