AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Washington,
approving a plat of a portion of land in said City,
under the name of "West Crest No. 211.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS;
Section 1. That Roy R. Toland and Audrey V. Toland and

(James A. Hendrick have submitted to the City of Kent a proposed plat of
!the following described land in said City, and located in the County of King,
State of Washington, and more fully described as follows:
That portion of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 22,
Township 22 North, Range 4 East, W. M. in King County,
Washington, described as follows: Beginning at the SW
corner of said subdivision; thence N 1° 18'24" E along the
West line thereof 733. 45 feet; thence S 89° 30,29" E
887. 63 feet along a line lying between the plats of Valley
Vista, Vol. 56, page 42-43 and the plat of West Crest,
Vol. page to the NE corner of Lot 12 plat of West
Crest and the true point of beginning; thence continuing
S 890 3012911E 448. 54 feet to the East line of the NW;
thence S 10 25133[t W 203. 00 feet; thence N 89° 52120" W
441. 78 feet; thence N 00 24146" W along the East line of
the plat of West Crest, 305. 85 feet to the true point of
beginning.
anal' said matter having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of said hearing
duly posted in the form and manner and for the time required by law, the
City Council, after due consideration thereof, and after said hearing, held
an open Council Meeting on the 18th day of April, 1966, finds that said plat
conforms to all the legal requirements and that due provision has been made
for all streets and alleys and for other public necessities and conveniences.
Section Z. That said plat of "West Crest No. 2" be, and it is
hereby, approved, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and dir-
ected to have approval thereof fully inscribed thereon under their proper,
official signatures with the seal of the City of Kent.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
