FOLLOWS:
ORDINANCE NO. 1330
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Washington,
approving a plat of a portion of land in said
City, under the name of "West Crest".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN AS
Section 1. That Roy R. Toland and Audrey V. Toland and
James A. Hendrick have submitted to the City of Kent a proposed
plat of the following described land in said City, and located
in the County of King, State of Washington, and more fully de-
scribed as follows:
That portion of the N.E. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of Section
22, Township 22 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King
County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning
at the S.W. corner of said subdivision; thence North
1118'24" East along the West line thereof, 733.45 feet;.
thence South 89130129" East, 47.04 feet .to the South-
west corner of Block 3 of Valley Vista, according to
plat recorded in Volume 56 of Plats, pages 42 and 43,
in King County, Washington, and the true point of
beginning of the tract herein described; thence South
89°30'2.9" East 840-.58 feet; thence South 0°24146" East
205.85 feet; thence North 89052120" West 840.78 feet
to the Easterly margin of New Military Road; thence
North 0021142" West along said easterly margin, 211.14
feet to the true point of beginning;
and said matter having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of
said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
required by law, the City Council, after due consideration there-
of, and after said hearing, held an open Council Meeting on the
3rd day of January, 19665, finds that said plat conforms to all
the legal requirements and that due provision has been made for
all streets and alleys and for other public necessities and
conveniences.
Section 2. That said plat of "West Crest" be, and it
is hereby, approved, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are author-
ized and directed to have approval thereof fully inscribed thereon
under their proper, official signatures with the seal of the City
of Kent..

Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, approval and publication, as
provided by law.
