AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Washington
amending Section l of Ordinance No. 1312 of
the City of Ken.t,:Washington, passed the 16th
day of August, 1965.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
:Section 1. Section l of theKent City. Ordinance No.
1312, passed the 16th -day of Augusta: 1965,..is hereby amended to.
read as follows:
"Section 1. Th.e',following described land situated in
the City. of Kent, .County of King, State. of Washington, and pres-
ently zoned as hereinafter indicated is hereby zonedas herein-
after indicated.:
"Parcel'A: Rezoned from R-1 (S:ingla Family
Residential) zone to: M-1 Might -Industrial)
zone:. Block 1, Block 2, Block .3, Block 41:
less Lots: 6, .7, 8 and 9 the-reof, Block. 5, less

8 Section.2. The City Engineer of the City of Kent be,
9 and he is hereby, authorized and directed to indicate upon the
10 Comprehensive Planning Map of the City of Kent, or upon an
11 addendum tha eto, the zoning of said property as provided for
12 in Section l of this Ordinance.
13 Section 3. That upon said amendment being shown upon
14 the Comprehensive Planning Map of the City of Kent, or upon an
15 addendum thereto, the copy of said map or addendum shall be
16
filed with the County Auditor of King County, Washington, and
17 the City Clerk of the City of Kent be, and she is hereby,
18 authorized and directed to record this Ordinance with the
19 County Auditor of King County and pay the filing fee therefor.
20 Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
21 in force from and after its passage approval and publication
22 as provided by law.
