AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Washington,
amending Section 4 and Section 5 (a) of Kent
City Ordinance No. 1295 passed the 19th day of
April, 1965, relating tospecifying and adopt-
ing a system or plan of additions to and better-
ments and extensions of the sewage collection
and disposal system of the City'of Kent..
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOW
Section 1. Section 4 of Kent City. Ordinance No. 1295,
passed the 19th.day of April, 1965,.and which reads as follows:
"Section 4. The estimated cost .of the .acquisition,
construction and installation of the above-described addition
and betterments to the system of sewerage of the City is
hereby fixed, as nearly as may be, at the sum of $542,000.00.'
lis hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 4. The estimated cost of the acquisition, con-
struction and installation of the .above-described additions and
betterments to the system of sewerage of the City is hereby fixed,
as nearly as may be, at the sum of $675,000.00.
Section. 2. Section 5 (a) of Kent City Ordinance No. 129
passed the 19th day of April, 1965, and which reads as follows:
"Section 5 (a). From the proceeds received from the
issuance.and sale of sewer revenue bonds in the .amount of
not to exceed $3.00,000.00."
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 5 (a). From the proceeds received from the
issuance and sale of sewer revenue bonds in the amount of not to
exceed $4.3.3,000.00.
Section 3. This Ordinance.shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.
