AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Washington,
approving a plat of a portion of land in said

City under the name of "Green Valley Heights
No. 3."

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DO

ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That C. E. Dolman and Marjorie G. Dolman,
7
his wife, J. R. Cole and Lillian M. Cole, his wife, Thomas H.
8
Barnhart, Jr., and Shirley A. Barnhart, his wife, and Irving
9
Pearson and G. S. Vanerslice, Executive Vice President and Secre-
10
tary, respectively, of Sparkman 8 McLean Co. have submitted to the
11
City of Kent a proposed plat of the following described land in
12
said City and located in the County of King, State of Washington,
13
and more fully described as follows:

A portion of the SW 1/4 of Section 22, Township
22 North, Range 4 East W.M., King County, Wash -
15
ington, described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of said SW 1/4;. thence
16
S 89010130" E along said subdivision line 627.35 feet;
thence S 9014153"'W 151.63 feet; thence N 89010130"

W 606.25 feet; to the West line of said subdivision;
thence N 1014153" E along said West :line 150.00

feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPT the West
30.00 feet thereof;

and said matter coming on for hearing pursuant to Notice of said

Hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time re -

quired by law; the City Council after due consideration thereof,

after said hearing held in open Council meeting on the 6th day of
24 July, 1965, finds that said plat conforms to all legal requirements
25 and that due provision has been made for all streets and alleys
26 and for other public necessities and conveniences.
