ORDINANCE NO. 13 O /
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Washington,
approving a plat of a portion of land in said
City under the name of "Armscrest No. 5.11
WHEREAS, C. J. Hauge and Glen B. Armstrong, partners
of the Hauge Construction Company, have submitted to the City of
Kent a proposed plat of the following described land in said
City and located in the County of King, State of Washington, and
more fully described as follows:
Comprising that portion of the SW 1/4 of the
SE 1/4, Section 19, Township 22 North, Range 5
East W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at the N.E. corner of the south 630'
of the S.E. 1/4 of the S.W. 1/4 of the S.E. 1/4
of said Section 19; thence N. 80000105" W along
the north line of said south 630' a distance of
436.62' to the True Point of Beginning; THENCE
continue N 88000105f1 W 18.761; thence N 2028148"
E. 31.07!; thence S 61042'24" W 123.86' to the
easterly line of Woodland Way as dedicated in
Armscrest No, 4 Addition to the City of Kent as
recorded in Volume 71 of Plats, page 85, Records
of King County, Washington; thence S 26054115"
E along said easterly line 30.381; thence S 630
05145" W 601 to the point of curvature of a curve
to the left having a radius of 138.121; thence
southwesterly along the arc of said curve 146.121;

and the said matter coming on for hearing pursuant to notice of
said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
required by law; the City Council, after due consideration
thereof, finds that said plat conforms to all legal requirements
and that due provision has been made for all streets and alleys

and for other public necessities and conveniences; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOW :
Section 1. That said plat of "Armscrest No. 511 be and
it is hereby approved, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
authorized and directed to have'•approval therof fully inscribed

thereon under their proper, official signatures and with the seal
of said City.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.
