Section 1. Section 1 of Kent City Ordinance No. 1294,
passed the 19th day of April, 1965, and which reads as follows:
"Section 1. The following described land situated in
the City of Kent, County of Kinn, `Mate of. Washington$ and
presently zoned as n-1 (Sin�71e Fanily Residential.) zone, and
more particularly described as follows:
"Those portions of Government Lots 1 and 2 and the
Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of the
northwest quarter in Section 19, Township 22 ',worth,
Range 5 East of the �,lillamtette `,leridian lying South
of tine Kent -Black Diamond Road 1o. 469 (P.S.H. ido.
516) Borth of the C. Reiten 71,oad and East of
Jason Street EXCEPT beginning at a point 280 feet
,worth of the Southwest corner of the dorthwest
quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter; thence Southeasterly to a point which is
280 feet East and 150 feet dorm of the Southwest
corner of said subdivision; thence South to the
North margin of C. A. Reiten :oad; thence North-
westerly along; said margin to West boundary of
said subdivision; thence North to beginning; sit-
uate in the City of Kent, County of King, State of
Washing;ton,
be and it is hereby rezoned to C-3 (General Commercial) zone.
Itis hereby amended to read as follows:

sently zoned. as R-1 (Single Family Residential) zone, and more
particularly described as follows:
