WHEREAS, CECIL V. CARPENTER and HELEN R. CARPENTER]
I his wife, and WILLIAM E- STROBE LT and DIXIE A. STROBE LT, his wife,

have submitted to the City of Kent a proposed plat of the following described

�f Idnd in said City and located in the County of King, State of Washington, more

fully described as follows;
i This plat of Fairfield Addition to Kent, King County,
9 11Washington, is a replat of Tract 37 of R. 0. Smith's
Orchard Tracts Addition to Kent as recorded in Vol -

ume 12 of Plats, page 27, Records of King County,
Washingtnn; Except the N 400 ft. of W 120 ft. thereof.

and the said matter coming on for hearing pursuant to notice of said hearing

duly posted in the form and manner and for the time required by law; the
13
14 City Council, after due consideration thereof finds that said plat conforms
to all legal requirements and that due provision has been made for all streets
15
and alleys and for other public necessities and conveniences; now, therefore,
16

�l the City Council of the City of Kent do ordain as follows:

iSection 1. That said Plat of Fairfield be and it is hereby approved
18
and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to have approval
19
thereof duly inscribed thereon under their proper official signatures and with
20
the seal of said City.

Section 2,, This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five

(5) days after its passage, approval and publication as by law provided.
