An Ordinance of the City of Kent amend-
ing Kent City Ordinance No. 1214 sl --1214
sl --September 16, 1963, to include therein
certain portions of South 240th Street,
Fourth Avenue South, and South 212th Street
as part of the arterial 'highway system of
the City of Kent, 1,1ashington.
THE CITY COUJCIL of the Cit,,T of Kent do ordain as
Section 1. That portion of Kent City Ordinance No.
9 1214 sl --September 16, 1963, which reads as follows: 118.14.08
10 ARTERIAL HIGHWAYS DESIGNATED. Those streets and part of streets
11 hereinafter in this section described are hereby declared to be
12 Arterial Highways for the purpose of this title: Central Avenue
13 from Borth city limits to Willis Street; South Central from Willis �
14 Street to South city limits; meeker Street from West City limits to
15 East ?1arginal line of Central Avenue; Smith Street from ',jest
16 Marginal line of Railroad to the East city limits; James Street
17 from Northern Pacific Railroad Company right-of-way to the East
18
city limits; !Millis Street from Secondary State Highway 2-1°1(West
19 Valley Highway) to primary State Highway number 5 (South Central
20 Avenue)." is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
