Ifollows:
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent amending
Section 3 of Kent City Ordinance No. 1273
passed the 2nd day of November, 1964, to
change the effect date thereof from January
11 1965, to December 20, 1964.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT do ordain as
Section 1. Section 3 of Kent City Ordinance No. 1273,
`passed the 2nd day of November, 1964, and which reads as follows:
"Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force commencing January 1, 1965 and after its
passage, approval and publication, as provided by law."
lis hereby amended to read as follows:
PSection 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force commencing December 20, 1964 and after its passage,
approval and publication, as provided by law.-,
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force five days from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
