ORDINANCE NO. /=
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent approving and
accepting a Deed for public street purposes.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN as
follows:
Section 1. That a certain Quit Claim Deed from Fiore
Sainati and Louise Sainati, his wife, made and executed on
the 10th day of June, 19641. conveying certain land therein
described for public street purposes,to the City of Kent,
Washington, be and it is hereby approved and accepted for
street purposes.
Section 2. That the land in said Deed described in
King County, Washington, to -wit:
That portion of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section i, Township 22 North, Range 4 E.W.M.,
described as follows: Beginning at the SE
corner of said Section 1; thence North 0055122"
East along the East side thereof 721.57 feet to
the true point of beginning; thence North 89°
04138" West 48.5.00 feet; thence South 0055122"
West 60.00 feet; thence South 89104138" East
485 feet; thence North 0055122" East 60.00 feet
to the true point of beginning, EXCEPT the East
30 feet thereof.
shall be and it is hereby added to and becomes a part of
South 206th Street in the City of Kent, County of King, State
of Washington.
Section 3. That upon the passage, approval and publi-
cation in due and regular form of this Ordinance, the City
Clerk is hereby directed to cause the Ordinance to be re-
corded, together with said Deed, in the office of the County
Auditor of King County and to pay the recording fee therefor.

Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval
and publication as by law provided.
