AN ORDINANCE amending Section 4 of Kent City Ordi- nance No. 1242., passed the lst day of June, 19649 changing the cost of the Fireworks Permit fee:from $100.00 to $10.00. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN as follows: Section 1. Section 4 of Kent City Ordinance 12429 passed the 1st day of June, 1964, which reads as follows: "Section 4. Application for a permit to engage in any o1'ie activities mentioned in Section 3 shall be made to the Fire Chief on a form prepared by him and at least fifteen (15) days prior to the requested effective date of the permit. Said application must be accompanied by a valid license issued by the State Fire Marshal pursuant to Chapter 70.77 RCW to engage in the particular activity for which the permit is sought, and by a fee of $100.00 hereby established as the Fireworks PermiteeF . —A separate application must be made, and the $100.00 fee paid for each lo- cation at which the applicant proposes to store, sell or use Fireworks. Said application must also be accompanied by a public liability and property damage insurance policy from an insurance company licensed to do business in the State of Washington in the sum of at least Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000.00) Dollars for bodily injury or death suffered by one or more per- sons in any one accident or occurrence and at least One Hundred Thousand ($1009000.00) Dollars for property damage for each permit location and by a products liability insurance policy in the amount of Three Hundred Thousand ($3009000.00) Dollars. The applicant must also file with the Fire Chief a certificate issued by such insurance company that said insurance policy or policies protect and indemnify the City of Kent as an additional insured against public liability and property damage." is hereby repealed and replaced by the following Section 4 Section 4. Said application must also be accompanied by a public liability and propertydamage insurance policy from an insurance company licensed to do business in the State of Washington in the sum of at least Three Hundred Thousand ($3002000.00) Dollars for bodily injury or death suffered by one or more persons in any one accident or occurrence and at least One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars for property damage for each permit location and by a products liability in- surance policy in the amount of Three Hundred Thousand ($300.000.00) Dollars. The applicant must also file with the Fire Chief a certificate issued by such insur- ance company that said insurance policy or policies protect and indemnify the City of Kent as an additional insured against public liability and property damage. Section 2. There is added to Kent City Ordinance No. 1242, passed the lst day of June, 1964 the following Section 11: Section 11.
