ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent creating a new
fund to be known as the arterial street fund and
to which all monies received in connection with
the provisions of R.C.W. 43.09.200 of the laws
of the State of Washington will be receipted for
and from, which all expenditures in connection
with approved projects will be made.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN as
follows:
Section 1. That there is hereby established in the
Citv Treasurey a fund to be known as the ARTERIAL STREET
FUND into which all monies received in connection with the
provisions of R.C.W. 43.09.200 will be receipted for and
from which all expenditures in connection with approved
projects will be made.
Section 2. Monies in said fund shall only be expended
for the nurposes specified in R.C.,% 43.09.200 of the laws of
the State of Washington and Chapter 7, Session Laws, State of
Washington$ Extraordinary Session 1961.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval
and Dublication as provided by law.
