An Ordinance of the City of Kent
approving and accepting a Deed for public
street purposes.
The City Council of the City of Kent do ordain as follows
Section 1. That a certain Deed of Fred Meadowcroft and
Dorothy W. Meadowcroft, his wife; Ida Knudtsen, individually and
as Executrix of the Estate of C. L. Knudtsen, deceased; and W. H.
Meadowcroft and Elizabeth W. Meadowcroft, his wife, made and exe-
cuted on the 21st day of December, 1963, conveying certain land
therein described for public street purposes, be and it is hereby
approved and accepted for street purposes.
Section 2. That the land in said Deed, described in
King County, Washington, to -wit:
That portion of S. W. Russell Donation Claim
No. 41, in King County, Washington, described as
follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of Waterman's Acre
Tracts to the Town of Kent, according to Plat re-
corded in Volume 12 of Plats, Page 11, in King County,
Washington; thence S 0059100"E, parallel to and 40
feet West of the West line of the right of way of
the Northern Pacific Railway Co., 603.09 ft.; thence
S 8800213011W, 637.15 ft. to the SE corner of South
3rd Avenue, as conveyed to the City of Kent by Deed
dated July 11, 1955, under Auditor's file No.45998305
and the true point of beginning; thence S 8800213011W,
66 ft. to the SW corner of said South 3rd Avenue; thence
S 105513711E, along the Southerly production of said
South 3rd Avenue, to the North line of a County Road,
being also the South boundary of a tract of land
conveyed to Ralph E. Leber and wife, by Deed record-
ed under Auditor's file No.4543722; thence in an
Easterly direction along the North line of said County
Road, 66 ft., more or less, to a Southerly production
of the East line of said South 3rd Avenue; thence
North 1055137"W, along said line to the true point of
beginning.
SUBJECT TO: Easements and restrictions as of
record.
shall be and it is hereby added to and becomes a part of Third
(Avenue South, within the Kent City Limits.
Section 3. That upon the passage, approval and publicat
lin due and regular form of this Ordinance, the City Clerk is
Ilhereby directed to process the Ordinance to be recorded, together

with said Deed in the Office of the Auditor of King County and
pay the recording fee therefor.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and pub-
lication as by law provided.
