An Ordinance of the City of <eri 4TRepc1 -19
Ordnance No.1189 of the City of "Ken 'b�, del at-
"' ink' Section 2 thereof.
The City Council of the City of Kent do ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 2 of Kent City Ordinance No. 1189, which
meads as follows: That the City does hereby reserve unto itself,
its successors and assigns, the right to exercise and grant ease-
ments in respect to the vacated land described in Section 1 hereof,
for the construction, repair and maintenance of public utilities
and services, is hereby deleted.
Section 2. That upon the passage, approval and publication
in due and regular fora of this Ordinance, the City Clerk is
hereby directed to cause the Ordinance to be recorded in the Office
of the County �`,uditor of Yin-, County, iashin ton, and pay the recon
in g fee therefor.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and -.-publication
as by law provided.
