ORDINANCE NO. a l

An Ordinance of the City of Kent approving and accept-
ing a Deedfor public street purposes.

The City Council of the City of Kent do ordain as

follows:

Section 1. That a certain deed of George Hugh McCulloch,
6
and Eunice Jane McCulloch, his wife made and executed on the
7
31st day of August, 19639 conveying certain land therein des-
8
cribed for public street purposes be and is hereby approved
9
and accepted for public street purposes.
10
Section 2. That the land in said deed, described in
11
King County, Washington, to-wit, the West 33 feet of the South
12
102 feet of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 139
13
T22N, R4E, W.M. shall be and it is hereby added to and becomes
14
a part of rifth ;AvieiAflih•

Section 3. That upon the passage, approval, and publi-
ls
cation in due and regular form of this Ordinance, the City
17
Clerk is hereby directed -co process the Ordinance to be re-
18
corded together with the said deed in the Office of the Audi-
19
for of King County and pay the recording fee therefore.
20
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take affect and be
21
¢ orce4 five (5) days from and after its passage, approval,
22
and publication as by law provided.
