ORDINANCE NO.
An Ordinance of the City of Kent approving and
accepting a Deed for public street purposes.
The City Council of the City of Kent do ordain as
follows:
Section 1. That a certain Deed of the .Korry Manu-
facturing Company, a Washington corporation, made and executed
on the 20th day of June, 1963, conveying certain land therein
described for public street purposes, be, and it is hereby
approved and accepted for street purposes, subject to the fol-
lowing conditions:
A. That the City of Kent will, within a reasonably
short period of time, construct a gravelled, oiled street from
West Valley Highway (SSH 2-M) to the East Valley Highway (PSH -5)
along Winner Street.
B. That the City of Kent will install a 10 -inch water
main along said street with hydrants.
C. That no charge will be made to Korry Manufactur-
ing Company at this time for the street and water improvements
as set forth in Section 1-A and B of this Ordinance.
D. That at any time said grantor, the Korry Manufac-
turing Company,diiires:to obtain water services at said property,
the hook-up charge will not exceed $2.00 per front foot of
the property to be served.
Section 2. That the land in said Deed, described in
King County, Washington, to -wit:
Beginning at the South quarter corner of Section
139 T22N, R4E9 W.M., and run thence N88024'48"W,
along the South line of the S`nl 1/4 said Sec. 13,
685 ft. M/L, to the East line of CM St. P.BP. RR
Co's R/W through the SW 1/4 of Sec. 139 T22N,R4E9
W.M., said point being 43 ft. East of the center
line of said R.R. Co's main line; thence N00 59'12"E,
along said east line, 33 ft.; thence S88024148"E,
685.1 ft., M/L to the East line of aforesaid SW 1/49
Sec. 13; thence S110912911W, along said East line of
the SW 1/4, 33 feet to the true point of beginning.

Winner Street (James Street), in the City of Kent, County of
