An Ordinance of the Citof ,.�extt,:pproving and
accepting a Deed for . ublic _str►e -Purposes.
The City Council of the City of Kent do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That a certain Deed of James V. Borek and
Marie S. Borek, his wife, made and executed on the 16th day of
February, 19639 conveying certain land therein described for public
street purposes, be and it is hereby approved and accepted for
street purposes.
Section 2. That the land in said Deed, described in King
County, Washington, to -wit:
The South 33 feet of that portion of the SW 1/4 of
the SW 1/4, Section 13, Township 22N9 Range 4E, lying
South and East of Kenthurst Addition to Kent, as recorded
in Volume 57, page -59 of Plats, records of King County,
Washington;
shall be and it is hereby added to and becomes a part of James
Street.
Section 3. That upon the passage, approval and publicati
in due and regular form of this Ordinance, the City Clerk is here
directed to process the Ordinance to be recorded, together with
Deed in the Office of the Auditor of King County, and pay the
recording fee therefor.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from, and after, its passage, approval and
