ing a Deed for public str*e't7 s
The City Council of the City of Kent do ordain as follows:
S,Getion 1. That a certain Deed of C. P. Urfer and Myrtle
M. Urfer, his wife, made and executed on the 26th day of February,
1963, conveying certain land therein described for public street
purposes, be and it is hereby approved and accepted for street
purposes.
Section 2. That the land in said Deed, described in King
County, Washington, to -wit:
The South 33 feet of that portion of the SE 1/4
of the SW 1/49: Section 139 T22N, R4E, lying West
of the West line of the Puget Sound Power and Light
Com's Right of Way through the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4
Section 139 T22N9 R4E;
Ishall be and it is hereby added to and becomes a part of James
Street,
Section 3. That upon the passage, approval and publicati
in due and regular form of this Ordinance, the City Clerk is
hasby directed to process the Ordinance to be recorded, together
with said Deed in the Office of the Auditor of King County, and
pay the recording fee therefor.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from, and after, its passage, approval and
publication as by law pr 'de .
