ORDINANCE N0.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF KENT
APPROVING A PLAT OF A PORTION OF LAND
IN SAID CITY UNDER THE NAME OF "VALLEY
CREST"
WHEREAS, the CARROLL MORTGAGE COMPANY, a
Washington Corporation, has submitted to the CITY OF KENT
a proposed plat of the following described land in said City
and located in the County of King, State of Washington,
more fully described as follows:
The Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of
the Southwest 1/4; Section 18, T22N9 R5E9
W.M., EXCEPT the South 24 feet 9 inches
thereof; AND the West 1 rod of the North 38-
1/2 rods of the Northeast 1/49 Southeast 1/41,
Southwest 1/4 of said Section 189
and the said matter coming on for hearing pursuant to
Notice of said Hearing duly posted in the form and manner
and for the time required by law; the City Council, after
due consideration thereof, finds that said plat conforms to
all legal requirements and that due provision has been made
for all streets and alleys and for other public necessities
and conveniences;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
I Kent do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That said plat of "VALLEY CREST"
be and it is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to have approval thereof duly
inscribed thereon under their proper official signatures,
and with the seal of said City.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force five (5) days after its. -passage, approval
and publication, as by law pro
