ORDINANCE N0. '`-�
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent approv-
ing and accepting a Deed for public street
purposes.
The City Council of the City of Kent do ordain
as follows:
Section 1. That a certain Deed of HORACE D.
CLEMENTS, Sr. and AUDREY GLADYS CLEMENTS, his wife,
made and executed on the 12th day of June, 1963s con-
veying certain land therein described for public street
purposes be and it is hereby approved and accepted for
street purposes.
Section 2. That the land in said Deed described
in King County, Washington, to -wit:
The West 33.0 ft. of the East 305.84 ft.
of the North 76.5 ft. of the South 255.0
ft. of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE
1/4, Section 13, Township 22 North, Range
4 East, W. M.;
The West line of which is the centerline of
Fourth AMenue, as dedicated in Sandwicks
Addition, as recorded in Volume 59 of
Plats, Page 81, Records of King County, Wash-
ington, extended North for Street purposes*
shall be and it is hereby added to and becomes a part
of Fooq 44 Aacwva- /*
Section 3. That upon the passage, approval and
publie4tion in due and regular form of this Ordinance,
the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause the Ordin-
ance to be recorded, together with said Deed, in the
office of the County Auditor of King County, and pay
the recording fee therefor.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect
