AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent approv-
ing and accepting a Deed for public street
purposes.
The City Council of the City of Kent do ordain as
follows:
Section 1. That a certain deed of ARNOLD B.
PETTY and FRANCES E. PETTY, his wife, made and executed
on the 13th day of April, 1963, conveying certain land
therein described for public street purposes be and it
is hereby approved and accepted for street purposes.
Section 2. That,the land in said Deed described
in King County, Washington, to -wit:
Beginning at the SW corner of the NW 1/4
of the NE 1/4 of Section 279 Township 22
North, Range 4 E.W.M., and run thence
S 89007148" E along the South line thereof
663.27 ft. to the SW corner of the SE 1/4
of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section
27, said point being the True Point of ft -
ginning for this description; thence con-
tinuing S 89007148" E, 168.73 ft to the NW
corner of Lot 129 Block 29 of Corrected Plat
of Dehnert's Addition as recorded in Volume
71 of Plats, Page 57, Records of King County,
Washington; thence N 0057144" E, along the
East line of 44th Ave. So. extended North,
30 ft.; thence N 89007148" W, parallel with
the South line of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4
to the West line of the SE 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4; thence S 0059103" W,
along said West line 30 ft. to the True
Point of Beginning.
shall be and it is hereby added to and becomes a part
of South 260th Street in the City of Kent.
Section 3. That upon the passage, approval and
publication in due and regular form of this Ordinance,
the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause the Ordin-
ance to be recorded, together with said Deed, in the

King County, and pay

fee therefor.
