ORDINANCE NO. 9 7
1 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent approv-
ing and accepting a Deed for public street
2 purposes.
3 The City Council of the City of Kent do ordain
4 as follows:

Section 1. That a certain Deed of JULIUS
6
ROBERTSON and MAXINE ROBERTSON, his wife, made and exe-
7
cuted on the 24th day of May, 1963, conveying certain
8
land therein described for public street purposes be
9
and it is hereby approved and accepted for street pur-
10
poses.

A portion of the North 76.5 ft. of the
12 South 178.5 ft. of the NW 1/4 of the SW
1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 13, Township 22
13 North, Range 4 East W. M., described as
follows:

(1) The West 33 ft. of the above described
15 tract, containing 2024.5 sq. ft. for Street
purposes;
16
(2) Also, 33 ft. on each side of the follow -
17 ing described centerline: Beginning at the
SE corner -of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the
18 SE 1/4 of said Sec. 13, Township 22 North,
Range 4 East, W.M., said point being the
19 intersection of the centerline of Third Ave-
nue and Cloudy Street as shown in North Park
20 Addition to the City of Kent, so recorded
in Volume 18 of Plats, Page 109 Records of King
21 County, Washington, and run thence S 89057100" W,
305.84 ft. to a concrete monument, marking
22 the centerline of 4th Avenue in the City of Kent;
thence N 0009153" W, parallel to the center -
23 line of 3rd A*enue, 102.00 ft. to the True
Point of Beginning; thence continuing
24 N 0009'53" W, 76.5 ft: Containing 4049.0 sq.
ft. for Street purposes.

(3) Also a 16 ft. easement for Sanitary Sewer,
26 8 ft. on each side of the following described
centerline:

Beginning at the concrete monument marking
28 the centerline of 4th Avenue in the City of
Kent, as described in Section 2 above, and
29 run thence N 0009153" W, 102.0 ft.; thence
S 89057100" W, 168.0 ft. to the True Point
30 of Beginning for this description: Thence
N 0009153" W, 76.5 ft.

Section 3. That upon the passage, approval and
publication in due and regular form of this Ordinance,
the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause the Ordinance
to be recorded, together with said Deed, in the office
of the County Auditor of King County, and pay the re-
cording fee therefor.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force five (5) days from and after its pass-
age, approval and publication by law provided.
