AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent approv-
ing and accepting a Deed for public street
purposes.
The City Council of the City of Kent do ordain
as follows:
Section 1. That a certain Deed of HORACE D.
CLEMENTS and MARGARET I. CLEMENTS, his wife, made and
executed on the 17th day of May, 1963, conveying cer-
tain land therein described for public street purposes
be and it is hereby approved and accepted for street
purposes.
Section 2. That the land in said Deed described
in King County, Washington, to -wit:
A portion of the North 76.5 ft. of the
South 255.0 ft. of the NW 1/4 of the SW
1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 139 Township
22 North, Range 4 E.W.M., lying West of
the East 305.84 ft. thereof, described as
follows:
1. The West 33 ft. of the above described
Tract, being for Street purposes.
2. The East 33 ft. of the above described
Tract, being for Street purposes. The East
line of which is the extension of the
centerline of Fourth Avenue as dedicated in
Sandwicks Addition, as recorded in Volume
59 of Plats, Page 81, Records of King County,
Washington, and as recorded under Auditor's
file #4914696 in Volume 3799 of Deeds,
Page 443, Records of King County, Washington
shall be and it is hereby added to and becomes a part

Section 3. That upon the passage, approval
and publication in.due and regular form of this Ordin-
ance, the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause the
Ordinance to be recorded, together with said Deed, in
the office of the County Auditor of King County, and pay

the recording fee therefor.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force five (5) days from and after its pass-
age, approval and publi-at�ion asu,.by_._,_law provided.
